Punchcard-Shirt

The Punchcard-Shirt resulted from a collaboration with Trendschnitt, a Swiss based Company that offers cutting patterns and online classes for anyone interested in learning how to sew properly. The textile was embellished trough screenprinting and  embroidery befor being turned into a shirt. The motif used on the textile was inspired by the first embroidery machines, and represents a modern interpretation of a punchcard. These Objects were a physical memory-chip, and held all needed informations for the embroidery machine to execute a motif.
